SMS Terms & Conditions

Davis Ford ("we," "us," or "our") offers customers the option to receive text messages (SMS) related to their account and relationship with Davis Ford. By providing your mobile phone number and consenting to receive text messages, you agree to these SMS Terms & Conditions.
1. Program Description
When you provide consent, you may receive text messages from Davis Ford related to:
- Sales follow-up and vehicle inquiry responses
- Service appointment reminders and scheduling updates
- Vehicle appraisal and trade-in communications, including secure links to upload photos or documentation
- Parts order status updates
- Other transaction-related account notifications
2. How You Consent
You consent to receive text messages from us through the following two-step process:
- Verbal request: Our staff will ask whether you'd like to receive texts (for example, when scheduling service, beginning a vehicle appraisal, or discussing a purchase).
- Digital confirmation: Following your verbal agreement, you will receive a one-time text message containing a consent disclosure. You must reply YES to this message to complete your opt-in and begin receiving messages. If you do not reply YES, you will not be enrolled and will receive no further messages.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on your transaction. Most customers receive a limited number of messages tied to a specific service, sale, or appraisal.
4. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your mobile carrier and plan. Contact your carrier for details.
5. Opt-Out Instructions
You can cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You will get a one-time confirmation text, and will no longer receive messages. To rejoin, contact us directly.

7. Supported Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Our text program is supported by most major U.S. carriers, but availability may vary.
8. No Purchase Required
Consenting to receive text messages is not required as a condition of any purchase, service, or appraisal with Davis Ford.
9. Privacy
Your phone number and information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your mobile information or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these SMS Terms & Conditions from time to time. The "Effective Date" above reflects the most recent revision.
